Mile High Handgun Training is a local practical based training company. We are not law enforcement or military based training since most people will never invade a foreign country or chase bad guys through dark alleys. Most are interested in staying safe and being victorious in a self defense situation.

We recognize that carrying a gun is a great responsibility that cannot be taken lightly.Therefore we keep safety and responsibility constantly before the student.

The idea of reckless handling of a firearm seldom enters into the thought process so we are sure to stress safety on a continual basis.

Too many times people think just the act of carrying a gun is sufficient and that the bad guy will turn and run at the sight of a gun, While ther are many that would change their plan of action, there are also many that won't. Mindset is critical and having a defensive mindset will go a long way to being safe
